deploy/src/jqs/windows/jqs.conf in JDK7 references msvcr71.dll
Once RE starts to create builds with VS2010, this will need to be
re-run to profile msvcr100.dll. However that is likely just one of
numerous reasons this will need to be re-profiled. All assuming jqs is
still of interest in JDK 7.
