Steps to reproduce:
Install normal jre.exe and noRhino bundles, compare bin directories.

Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 16.3-b01, mixed mode, sharing)

C:\JDK\tmp>jre1.6.0_20\bin\java.exe -version

Issue is NOT reproducible on windows-amd64 (both jre and jdk) platform, as well as it is not reproducible for jdk bundle on windows-i586. Test case logs can be found at

Though, I'm not sure what is this file and should it be present in noRhino bundle.
