The JLS needs updates for JSR 292 support.

The Project Coin proposal describes the currently draft reference implementation.

The following adjustments also need to be made:

* The spec. should not mention the type java.lang.Null (unless that type is introduced).

* The PolymorphicSignature annotation is not part of the public APIs, but it must be mentioned somewhere, as part of the JVM platform.

* Interactions with Project Lambda (if any).
