Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch case CTE_REGTEST/Generic/4883871/Test4883871.java, o pen IE (not Netscape) browser and load the following page

    http://jpseuwt-ap/testcases/131/4883871/JS_sec_hole_13.html

2. Once the page loaded, click 'execute notepad.exe' button

Check:
If you see AccessControlException in java Console - test PASSED

If Notepad application opens up and NO exception in java Console - test FAILED

Actual behavior:
AccessControlException thrown in the browser, not in java console. And no Notepad application opens up. Please refer to the attachment file 4883871.jpg.
