Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch the case CTE_REGTEST/Generic/5045568/Test5045568.java

   open IE8 browser only and load the following page

   http://jpseuwt-ap/testcases/131/5045568/reflect.html

   make sure that Java Plugin Console window show up

2. Click on the 'OK' button on the popup dialog.

Check:

If you see 'java.security.AccessControlException' in java console - test PASSED

If there is NO exception thrown - test FAILED

Actual behavior:
Java.security.AccessControlException thrown in the browser, not in java console. Please refer to the attachment file Test5045568.jpg.

Validation: same build/IE6/winxppro-sp3-x86: same issue.
