This bug is observed with JFB build jrefb-621-solaris-sparc.sh downloaded from internal hosting

Steps:
1) Download the bundle from the location mentioned above
2) Install this on a Solaris Sparc 11 machine.
3) Go to the jre folder (newly installed) and open Welcome.html file (using any browser).
4) There is a line in that page under references heading

5) Click on that link
If you see, Page not found, the bug is reproduced.
