Short desc:
  although CR 6841386 already exists against PopUp scenarios in IE
  ( and against FF - CR 6841387 )
  this case differs a bit from CR 6841386 issue.

Test PASSES for some updates and builds : 6u18 fcs, 6u19 fcs, 6u20 fcs, 6u20 b03 rev,
                                           6u21 fcs
  but FAILS for: 6u10 fcs, 6u12 fcs, 6u14 fcs, 6u20 rev b04 - b08 ( !! ), 6u22 ea b30.

So, in opposite to tests mentioned in CR 6841386 this test changes its behavior
depending on update and build in case of 6u20.
