STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
1. open the following url with java console open:
http://sqeweb.sfbay.sun.com/deployment2/jitu/latest_ws_test/6/deployment/src/plugin/CustomProgressBar/CustomProgressBar/html/liveconnect/BasicLiveConnectTestNegative2.html
2. clear deployment cache with the above page open in browser
3. refresh the page
4. if applet can be loaded successfully, repeat 2 and 3 several times.
EXPECTED -
The applet can be loaded successfully when refreshing the page
ACTUAL -
Applet can not be loaded. Exception is thrown in java console.
REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
