        A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
        In the Java Control Panel, the Copyright Year is not display correctly.

        In the about dialog, the Copyright year shows as

        Copyright (c) @@COPYRIGHT_YEAR@@

        Select Start, Control Panel, Java, click About
