STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
1. open the following url with java console open:
http://rehte.prc.sun.com:8080/wshost/new_ws/deployment/src/plugin/CustomProgressBar/CustomProgressBar/html/stress/HugeProgress.html
The size of progressbig.jar which contains custom progress bar class is 6.1M

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
Customer progress bar should be there, though there could be some dealy.
ACTUAL -
There is no custom progress bar

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
