Install only 6u21 b07 from http://star-wip.sfbay.sun.com:88/en/ on Vista 32-bit with IE8 as the browser.
Publisher shown as Oracle in Programs and Features but the exes like java.exe, javaws.exe show Company as Sun Microsystems.

This issue is reproducible on two Vista 32-bit images with both online and offline bundle. I tried bundles from both the staging site as well as the jre.sfbay.sun.com/java/re/jdk/promoted

This issue is not reproducible with 6u21 b06 online bundle taken from jre.sfbay.sun.com/java/re/jdk.
