for jdkfb test issue:(include :jdkfb-6u21-windows-i586.exe , jdkfb-6u21-windows-x64.exe). The issue can be found with jdk bundles as well


Real behavior:
1: Pages in step 5 got page not found error.
2: Pages in step 6 have missing graph, see the attached picture.
