Reproduce steps:
1: Install JRE mentioned above.
2: The installation ends successfully
3: Go to the installation dir
4: Open README.txt
5: Click the hyperlink for "JDK File Structure" & "tool documentation"

Expected behavior:
1: The correct content in step 5 shows.

Real behavior:
1: Pages in step 5 got page not found error.
