Run the cases java/plugin/misc/6646860/Test6646860.java
1. Open FF3.5 and load the page from
/lucas/work/scratch/serial.html

Check:
If you see sun.misc.ExtensionInstalltionException in Java Control panel - test FAILED
If General Exception dialog box will be popup, say java.security.AccessControlException: access denied.Applet will failed to load. - test PASSED

Actual behavior:
sun.misc.ExtensionInstalltionException thrown in java console. Source file is attached 6646860.zip.
Validation: same platform/6u21b06: same issue
