Track Redirects in HttpURLConnection

Provide a mechanism for tracking the http redirects which occurred during the initiation of an http URL connection. Track the intermediate URLs and redirect types. The motivation behind this request is to provide better caching based upon the initial source URL of the request rather than the final (after redirects) URL.
