I have been trying to make sure that the javadocs can be generated on all platforms, specificly making sure windows make logic is not ignored. Low and behold I discover that the jvmti.html makefile logic on windows does not exist.
This is a P4 RFE request, but it would be nice if we could perform these doc generation rules on all platforms, regardless if Release Engineering uses them or not (currently Release Engineering limits documentation generation to a few select platforms).
