This is an umbrella item to track progress to achieve following goals:
  1) be able to use IDE to develop (build/compile/run/debug/profile) Java deployment code
       Including both webstart and plugin mode
  2) be able to perform fast incremental builds on top of JRE build
  3) be able to use partial personal build for test and benchmarking without installing and replacing main JRE on the system
  4) be able to easily add unit tests and run them from IDE
  5) be able to use IDE for native code

As side goal we also want to simplify makefiles and improve build time for the deploy workspace.
