Trying to upgrade Java version user gets installation error: bin/awt.dll old file not found

      When trying to upgrade java, i get these messages
      bin\awt.dll: old file not found however a file of the same name was found no update done since file contents do not match. Java update fails to apply changes to your system. Java set up error # 1722.
