Application used is Maximo 7.1.1.6. Maximo is a JEE application on WebSphere App Server 6.1 Fixpack 29, with JDK 5 64 bit JVM.

This problem is only seen on Sun Solaris Server. Same load was tested on Windows and AIX with the same components, but this does not show the same problem.

Estensive debugging was done to rule out GC, Solaris or Network tuning. The backend database also can be ruled out, as SQL transactiosn were tested without the JEE codepath.
