DESCRIPTION

Next Generation plugin association for windows AMD64 should not be changed as per design in the Java control panel. Unfortunately it can be checked/unchecked using the space bar key.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
-------------------
1) Download and install the JRE/JDK
2) Go to Java ControlPanel -> Advanced -> Java Plug-in ->
   "Enable next generation plugin" option will be checked and apparently
   disabled
3) Use space key to uncheck that option

Expected Result:
----------------
The next gen plugin control has been "greyed out" by design for Windows AMD64.
This control should therefore not accept any keyboard events.
