Javaws splash screen and JavaFX plugin splash screen should be same or similar

      we would like to unify the user experiance between plugin and webstart wrt splash screens.
      one suggestion was to use:
      http://xdesign.sfbay.sun.com/projects/java/j2se/6.0/deployment/CustomProgress/images/web_start_ind_progress_v2.gif
      as a javaws splash screen , but we think it should be transparent to look the same as JavaFX plugin splash overlay.
