JCheckBox, JRadioButton and JPanel should have transparent background by default

      Run the attached code. It creates JFrame with various Swing components and translucent background. Two components - JCheckBox and JPanel - look weird as they use gray background instead of transparent.

      To ensure good look for applications that use translucent background the default background for these components should be changed to transparent.
