Sun folder created in Temp/LocalLow folder should be Oracle

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Install latest jre7.
      2. Go to %Temp%/LocalLow in Vista or C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\ in XP.
      3. A folder is created with name Sun. It should be Oracle instead.
