The SE-Embedded product requires several changes to the j2se workspace to facilitate generation of the Embedded JRE, including support for cross-compilation when needed for ARM and PPC. There are also some functionality enhancements, enabled only in the SE-Embedded product by default.

This CR covers the integration of those changes into the mainline SE j2se workspace.
