6u23-b02 contains the new download engine, and associated changes in the install wrapper and download dialog. During initial HIP testing of the same code in 6u20-b90, a minor change was required which enables extended error information in the wrapper for non-silent online installs (this was 6u20-b91). This change should be forward ported to 6u23-b03.

This is a minor change that has already been tested in 6u20-b91 and should be very low risk for 6u23.
