With implementation of CR 6946221 a begining has been made on a Unit test for LocalInstallHandler.java.
This test needs to be expanded to test more of the existing functionality.
Also, suggestion has been made to move more of the functionality of Platform.AddRemovePrograms{Add,Remove}, up into Java Code for easier testing - this should also be considered.
