When all of the 6u23 ATL work is finally forward ported to JDK7 for the JRE installer, we should install the MSI silently. This means we can get rid of all of the microsoft transforms which take a long time to build.

Dialogs we may need to replace with ATL as part of this:

-Warning dialog
-SetupInterrupted
-Error Dialog
