Steps to reproduce:
1. System configure: video card:ATI5550
2. Install test bundle JDK7b114 from http://jre.sfbay/java/re/jdk/7/promoted/ea/b114/bundles/windows-i586/ to C:/jdk1.7.0
3. Download and unzip ws from http://sqe-hg.sfbay.sun.com/hg/index.cgi/testbase/javase/functional/6/2d to C:/2d/
4. Copy C:/2d/2d/docs/standalone/sample_arg.txt to C:/2d/. Create result_dir at C:/2d/result
5. Please refer to the attachment sample_arg.txt. Modify the args sample_arg.txt :
JAVA_HOME=C:/jdk1.7.0
STABLE_JAVA_HOME=C:/jdk1.7.0
RESULTS_DIR= C:/2d/result
VM_OPTS=-Dsun.java2d.d3d=True

6.Go to C:/2d, and run the command : ksh Run_Standalone_UTB.ksh –a sample_args.txt.
7.Put attachment testlist.2D_JAVAOGLBAT under testlist folder,modify the testlist file to run the test case 2D_JavaOGLBAT/standalone/XformVolatile_PBUFFER.

Actual behavior:
It crashed. Please refer to the attachment file hs_err_pid3544.log

Validation:
Same platform with 32bit build: pass
Same build/winxppro-x64/video card:ATI5550: Fail
Same build:winvista-x64/video card:Geforce 8300: Fail
