When a Cu invokes visualVM and click the links to trouble shooting site,
the sites seem incorrect.

CONFIGURATION:
JDK : JDK6u23
OS : Windows Vista(SP2, Japanese)

REPRODUCE:
1. Run some java program(ex. Java2Demo attached to JDK binary)
2. Invoke "jvisualvm"
