Steps to reproduce:
   1.Prepare the build : jre-7-internal-bin-b121-windows-i586-21_nov_2010-s.exe ,
   2.installing with /s /v/qn NETSCAPE=1 IEXPLORER=1 MOZILLA=1 ADDLOCAL=all STATIC=1 ,
Expected result :
    Jre is installed silently and successfully.
Actual result:
   The window of sponsor displayed , and the case paused there . ( refer to the screenshot in the attachment )

Analysis Results:
I checked previous build , and found from jre7b119 , the window of installation still displayed although argument "/s" is used , the build such as 117,118 and before is OK .And from 7b119 , when "/s" is used , we need not press NEXT manually , the only difference is the display of window .
