Confirmation dialog for reinstall of JRE is still present after clicking Yes

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install 6u23b05/6u23b70.
2. Reinstall the same installer.
3. Click Yes on the confirmation dialog for reinstall.
4. When the old jre install is being removed and just before the new install begins, the confirmation dialog pops-up again for a split second.
If you see the confirmation dialog twice, the issue has been reproduced.

Issue reproducible with 6u22b04.
Tested on XP 32-bit as well as Windows 7 32-bit.
After Randy's suggestion, I rechecked the installation. The confirmation dialog does not go away and sits behind the dialog which shows JRE removal in progress.

When a user clicks yes, the confirmation dialog should go away.
