ktarg.sh fails when there's no default realm

      test/sun/security/krb5/tools/ktarg.sh fails when there is no default realm. This happens when there is no krb5.conf file and DNS service does not provide Kerberos settings.

      The reason is that in "ktab -a name pass" only the bare principal name "name" is used.
