When a CU uses jconsole in jdk5u25 and click the links of "threads", "Memory" and "Classes",
a blank window(including no component) shows up.

This occurs only in Windows series of Japanese edition, not in English.
Aslo, this problem does not occur in JDK6ux.

CONFIGURATION:
JDK¿JDK 5 Update 25
OS ¿Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3(Japanese)
     Windows 7 Ultimate(Japanese)
     Windows Server 2003 R2, Enterprise Edition Service Pack 2(Japanese)

REPRODUCE:
1. Invoke jconsole
2. click "gaiyou"("Summary" in English ?) tab
3. click either of "threads","mamory" or "classes"
