To reproduce the problem:

1) Load the following page in a browser. The page contains a draggable applet.

     https://jdk6.dev.java.net/plugin2/

2) Drag the applet out of the browser.

3) Close the browser window

4) Allow a desktop shortcut to be created.

5) Try to uninstall the application by using windows control panel

You'll notice the "Confirm File Deletion" dialog is missing the "Ok" and "Cancel" buttons.
