RFE: startup time of applets suffers if java.policy contains many grant statements

    Description

      If a java.policy file contains a lot of grant statements then the startup time of a
      trusted applet can be noticeably slower. Of course, this is somewhat obvious
      and should be accepted by customers. The RFE is to look whether the code
      could be improved.
