Current abstraction for grayboxpainter leaves many AWT dependencies unresolved.
Also, there gray box does not really get progress events from JNLP applets. We need to fix this.

Issues to consider:
   - there is no preloader support for non-JNLP applets. Still need to use "old" apis for gray box too
   - gray box has extended functionality - e.g. errordelegate that allows to request applet reload and it also has error panel to display
      errors (if any). this need to be preserved and probably provided to top level too
