E.g. for servlet based applications which are being deployed through an
application server, the sessionid or parameter in the url should be ignored
in order to avoid caching jarfiles multiply.
This was considered already earlier. Please see CR#4777577. Although this bug claims
"fix delivered" the behaviour is still there with 6u23.
