New visual images need to be dropped in for the jdk7
Initial set are:
* Masthead for the JRE and JDK installers
* Banner for the JRE About Box
* Side Banner for the Auto Update dialog
* Masthead for the Password dialog
* Banner for JConsole About Box
* Web Start Splash (currently an animated GIF)
* Masthead Web Start Download (similar to the install masthead)
