A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
When running Windows-7 using its default theme and using the WindowsLookAndFeel, the right window button of a JInternalFrame is cut off by 1-2 pixels and the black border is missing on the right side.

This problem happens with my self-written application, as well as with SwingSet2 which is deployed as demo-application with the JDK.


REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
