deployJava.js needs to work with the JavaFX installer to detect the presense of Javafx 2.0 in many cases w/o instantiating dt plugin.
In cases where it must, it needs to fall back to calling the new dt plugin methods put in as part of 6990873.
Also needs to handle unsupported platforms gracefully by vectoring some calls to a web page explaining the road-map of JavaFX.
