pt_BR message files were integrated into b121, however, I don't see following corba repository file included in jre/lib/resources.jar.

src/share/classes/com/sun/corba/se/impl/orbutil/resources/sunorb_pt_BR.properties

This seems to be due to following *LOCALES defined in makefile.
