Installing Java 6 update 23 results in "Internal error 2753. regutils.dll"

      Consumers are facing Internal error 2753 both during installatin of new version of Java i.e. Java6u23 or during unistallation of older versions of Java.
      This error is on rise and we receive about 5-8 reports every week.
