Frame.setLocation doesn't work properly on Gnome

      Frame.setLocation doesn't work properly on Gnome Window Manager. Simple test attached. In that test Frame is moving from top-left corner of screen to the bottom-right corner behind the screen border, but on the Gnome Frame moving is stoping when bottom-right borders of the Frame reach screen borders. Frame.getLocation and Frame.getLocationOnScreen return different values.
      Issue reproduce on JDK 7 b120, JDK1.6.0_u25
      OS: Solaris11

      In win test works fine.
