MsgAppletViewer.java contains the following strings

Question: is this message still being used? I cannot find the source code that uses this message. If it's not being used, could it be removed from the resource file?

Otherwise, the WPTG translation team would like to know what {0} and {1} stand for to proceed with translation.

If there are other resources not being used, please remove them as well.
