The JavaFX client stack can now be configured to run applets and applications from the deployment code delivered with JavaFX.
We need common code (to be used by JCP and DT) to switch back and forth between using the JavaFX delivered deployment code, and using the normal JRE delivered deployment code.
In order for this to work with UAC on, it needs to be in ssvagent.exe, and called from DT or JCP to get the necessary UAC elevation.
