This happens on latest b130 l10n PIT bundle.
The open office image on in-progress dialog of installation on windows is not localized. This happens in all the locales.
The installer tested is offline JRE installer.

OpenOffice is to be removed from customer visibale panels, discuss schedule with Marketing and Engineering Management. A new cr has been opened to request removal.
