[zh_TW] Truncation of head text on welcome dialog

      Problem is found by using latest b130 l10n PIT bundle.

      This has been fixed in latest 6ur. I am not sure if it has been fixed in Java 7 but the problem happens again as regression, or the truncation has never been fixed in Java 7.

      There is truncation of the head text "Welcome to use Java(TM)" on the welcome dialog. Please refer to the attached screenshot.
