This is a pure translation problem. In Java, the word Runtime should not be translated in S. Chinese. We translated it before but then was asked to convert it back to English.

In latest b130 PIT bundle, the word is translated again. Attached is the screenshot, but this over translation should also happen in other places. All the over translation should be converted back to Runtime.
