I am not sure if this is a defect, but log the problem as it's different from previous behaviour.

Before the merge of SUN and Oracle, copy right sentence was translated in some locales, but remained in English in some other locales. In most of the locales, it's not translated.

After the merge and copyright string update, all the copy right sentence remain not translated in all the locales.

In latest b130 PIT binary, the copy right sentence is translated again. Please refer to the attached screenshot.

I am not sure if this is proper or inproper, but at least in previous release and build, we were asked to set the Oracle copy right sentence to English in all the locales.
