UsageTracker : logs of javaws apps are not written to file

      When UsageTracker is set up to store logs to file, nothing is written to specified file when java application is deployed via java web start.
      Expected behavior : logs are stored as well as with other application deployment methods.
      This is seen for JDK 1.5.0_29 b01 only, 6u25b02 does not reproduce the issue.
